Catering Guide

While there is no comprehensive listing of all catering options available to use for campus events, Stanford event planners have created the SERENE discovery tool to list on-campus catering options, and approved off-campus vendors to assist with your event planning. *Note inclusion on this list does not constitute an endorsement and does not guarantee vendors are approved for all venues on campus. This information is subject to change without notice.

It is important to confirm with your venue manager before booking catering as some venues may require the use of specific vendors for their facility. Not all vendors on this page are approved to use at every venue. You are also responsible for ensuring your vendor has the required permits, licenses, and liability insurance.

Off-campus Restaurants

If you are looking to host a small event off-campus, there are a few local Palo Alto and Menlo Park restaurants that may be able to accommodate you. There are also a number of restaurants that may offer pick-up, catering and in-house dining for groups.
