To assist with planning, we have compiled links to lists of creative service vendors that have been used by Stanford groups and departments in the past. We also recommend using the SERENE Discovery Tool to find vendors sourced from Stanford event planners themselves. Using the vendors listed or linked on this page is not required, and event planners should do their own outreach to determine if the vendor is able to meet the requirements for specific event needs.

Printers and Designers

Are you planning to print a program for your event? Do you need signs or banners for your event? Are you looking for a graphic designer to assist you with layout of your printed or digital materials? The Communicators Resources website has a list of recommended printers and designers. 

Reminder: Be sure you are following the brand guidelines for logos, colors, and type as outlined on the Identity Guide.

Swag and Stanford branded items

If you plan to give away any items that feature the Stanford trademarks, you must use an approved licensed vendor. The list of vendors who have been approved to produce custom products purchased by campus groups to be given away is available on the Communicator Resources website. Be sure to review the notes at the top of the page as well as the Trademark licensing and use policy. If you have questions or don’t find what you’re looking for contact Stanford Trademark Licensing at trademark_licensing@stanford.edu for recommendations or to discuss your specific product needs.
